i ordered from them on ix/9/21 & my package arrived on 9/23. one of the well-nigh frustrating things was that you tin can't runway your shoes from the website. it kept proverb there was an fault. i almost questioned if it was a legit website. the set up is very overnice & you would recollect it wouldn't have that many issues. their shoes are super beautiful but i don't think i would society from them again, jus bc there are no real time updates unless you actually rail your package w/ fedex. the shoes fit me tho & are true to size, i got a size 9 in both pairs since 8.five wasn't an option and they fit good! i was upset they have NO way to contact besides electronic mail— they should take a business number.

I volition never buy from Ego again. I took a chance on them considering establish their heels cute, and i ordered five pairs. Unfortunately, they weren't very comfortable to walk in (non their fault, I just cant walk in heels). I reached out to EGO earlier the return window was up considering I feared I wouldn't be able to return my shoes within the window as I was out of town visiting family. They let me know that the window was 28 days and they would non exist able to extend it.
Luckily, when I got back I was on the final day of that window so I planned to mail it out. When I went to download the return label the sit said I was out of the window then I followed upwards with support. No response. Followed up again the next morning. No response. Completely unprofessional. I am going to have my bank investigate and dispute the charges if they do not respond.

When I placed my guild it took only about a month and a half to even receive a tracking number in which I had to email them to become it because I wasn't understanding why I have however to receive a tracking number and it's been over a month since I placed the order. I've never worn the shoes considering I ordered In the summer I wanted to wait for cooler days which is the now fall, so I haven't actually put the on my feet nonetheless. Correct when I tried them on I knew they weren't the same size because the left foot hurt then bad and the right human foot was perfectly fine. That moment I realized they gave me two unlike size shoes one two sizes smaller than my regular shoe size and then I couldn't wear them at all non to mention the shoes were lifting on the superlative hadn't even been worn yet. I emailed them to see if I could atleast be compensated something for my troubles with the order take it they knew they gave me two different sizes. The response was basically that I've worn the shoes and the tags could just exist mislabeled only these are a pair of shoes that I really wanted so bad so why would I literally brand this situation up? I sent pictures and everything and whoever I spoke with through e-mail did non fifty-fifty reply to me after the last email and I'm simply disappointed overall for ane wasting my money on shoes I'll never be able to vesture let alone they did nothing to recoup me in whatever way then basically left my emails unnoticed afterward we'd but been replying back to back.

WORST Visitor Always! Please don't e'er buy anything there! They are the first to prevarication near their delivery times. You tin cull from 3: European union standard 3-5 days, DHL standard two-3 days and Eu limited one day. Everything is ordered earlier 4.30 pm = shipped the same solar day.
I ordered at 2pm, opted for European union EXPRESS (next twenty-four hours delivery) and information technology didn't go away until one.5 days later on + they sent with standard so it took 5 days.
Emailed several times. No reaction. When I got a response it was a standard email and didn't answer at all to what I wrote. Like they don't read it!
Actually don't waste matter your money on this company!

So, I've ordered from them earlier. They have great shoes BUT many are noticing the 'faux' sales they have. Information technology's ridiculous that they have shoes at $44.99 as a 'sale' but marking upwardly at $fourscore. They will then change the 'fake' price($80) past putting a slash through it while keeping the 'original' price($44.99) as a 'auction'. That's clearly not a sale. They're never on sale. You lot're only selling the shoes at a regular toll by attaching a higher 'faux' price to them. Same with the clearance. You aren't fooling anyone. THEYRE NEVER ON Sale.

Ordered shoes on Sat, July 17, 2021. Expected delivery is 6-viii business concern days. I should accept received my package by Friday, July 23, 2021. It is now Fri, July thirty, 2021 and no package. Over the past two weeks I have emailed Egoshoes about the tracking number they gave me and how bogus it is because information technology doesn't work. Eventually I received an electronic mail from customer service with a fedex tracking number. The FedEx tracker was saying the package withal hasn't left the United kingdom of great britain and northern ireland. I chosen FedEx trying to receive information. I finally am notified by FedEx that this visitor advertises quick shipping and even has customers pay for overnight shipping to have every package delivered on a economy delivery service. And so basically Egoshoes is ripping customers off with the aircraft. FedEx told me several customers take called with the same confusing information. Also, my parcel is arriving in 21-30 days not 6-8!!!!!! Absolutely a waste of money and time with this company. DO Non ORDER FROM Hither!!!!
